We advise the use of your own door hangar/hook that you know will not cause damage to your door, and we recommend you have it in place for delivery. Each basket purchase comes with a complimentary door hangar or suction hook that you can select at checkout, if desired. Please be advised, if you would like us to provide the hangar/hook we will not be able to install ourselves - we will leave the item with your basket on your front porch. Neither the hook nor the hangar is produced by Portico & Petals LLC and we recommend you make the best choice for the type of door/paint so as not to cause damage. Portico & Petals LLC is not liable for any damage and will not install the hook/hangar ourselves.
